Our Training Programme
Every caregiver placed by Xedge Resource undergoes a refresher in-house training programme, conducted by our senior staff nurses. Training covers both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including hands-on practice with medical equipment. If they want, caregivers can go for ongoing training (paid course) after placement through our continuous development programme and partnership with Age Well Academy.
