​Xedge Resource LLP was founded in 2009 and we have been serving the staffing needs of institutions like hospitals, community hospitals, nursing homes, senior care centers and hospices by placing qualified nurses, nursing aides, therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Due to the increasing demand for Home Care Services, Xedge Resource expanded our placement services to live-in caregivers / eldercare helpers to assist individuals and households needing personalized and nursing assistance at home, allowing the elderly to age in the comfort of their own homes. We specialise in sourcing, training, and placing caregivers who have the skills, knowledge, and temperament to care for elderly, ill, and recovering patients in home settings.​
