Holistic Approach for the Well-Being of the Care Recipient

Xedge Resource provides a holistic approach to ensure that your loved ones are taken care of. Besides sourcing and finding you a suitable caregiver, we can provide home visits by our Nursing Team (optional with a small charge):

• Our Nursing Team is headed by a Ex-Senior Staff Nurse
• The home visit is to assess the conditions of the patient and to provide a Care Plan to assist the caregiver in providing the necessary care to the care recipient
• A second follow-on visit can be arranged after 3 to 6 months to assess the conditions of the care recipient and to recommend suitable follow-up actions (if any). We want to ensure that the needs of the care recipient and caregiver are well taken care of​.

The coverage of a Care Plan includes:

• Wound Management
• Pain Analysis / Management
• Medication
• Dementia Management (if any)
• Schedule of Caregiver

• Assessment by our team to determine the level of care required by the care recipient and to identify the appropriate live-in caregiver to meet the needs of the client
• Help to source for the appropriate caregiver 
• Arrange interviews with the client and candidates 
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for hiring of caregiver 
• Assist to settle in the caregiver 
• Advise on the eligibility and application of the various government grants
• ​Provide nursing consultation to our caregivers in the event that they encounter any issue in the course of their work ​
• Follow -on Visit to assess the conditions of the care recipient and to recommend follow-up actions (if any)
